Welcome
Download Grace Membership Request Form
We are pleased to hear that you're interested in becoming part of the Grace community! This form will answer some questions you may have, and allow us to process your request.
Please fill out the three parts that follow: your request to enroll, the Letter of Transfer request, and, on the reverse side of this form, one section for each person in your household who will be joining. Note: You only need to complete the Letter of Transfer section if necessary.
Then just return the form to Grace at the address below - or you can simply put the completed form in the collection plate. That's all there is to it. Questions? Don't hesitate to call us at any time.
Who can be a member of Grace Church?
Membership at Grace is open to all baptized Christians. Whether you were baptized in the Episcopal Church or in another Christian denomination, you are welcome to become a member here at Grace. A member is anyone who has been baptized and participates regularly in Grace Church's corporate worship; commits herself or himself to serve Christ at Grace Church through the investment of time, talents, and an annual pledge of financial support; and has both voice and vote at the parish's annual meeting.
What if I'm not yet baptized?
First, you are certainly still very welcome at Grace! Second, we encourage you to explore and learn more by speaking to the clergy.
Is membership required to attend services?
No. Everyone is welcome at services! Membership is required if you want to serve on certain committees, e.g., the Vestry, or if you want to be married here or have a child baptized here. We hope that all who consider Grace their spiritual home will make a formal commitment and become a member.
