The Pavilion at Grace in downtown Providence, Rhode Island features a dazzling new gathering and event space designed by Centerbrook Architects as a light-filled modern expression of Gothic revival design. Presently under construction, this much-anticipated addition to Grace Church at 300 Westminster Street in Providence is scheduled for completion during the Summer of 2017. In addition to serving the Grace Church community as a glorious setting for fellowship, outreach and more, The Pavilion at Grace will be available for catered events including: wedding receptions, corporate and non-profit events.
Connected and adjacent to historic Grace Church in Providence, The Pavilion at Grace affords couples the opportunity to pair a wedding ceremony in the breathtaking 1846 church (with capacity for more than 500 seated) with a joyous reception beneath the high vaulted ceilings of The Atrium (with capacity for 155 seated with a dance floor). The 3,000 square-foot Atrium is tastefully appointed with commissioned original artworks and a mood-setting fireplace. The on-site catering kitchen supports convenient meal and beverage service staging. The adjoining 2,000 square-foot outdoor garden welcomes guests with a stone labyrinth, pergola and bench seating; while the all-glass façade of the Atrium maintains a sense of connection and continuity between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
